DESIGN MAINTENANCE SHED AND CARRIAGE WASH FACILITY

Our client, Northern Trains had a requirement for a new maintenance shed and permanent carriage wash at their Barrow light maintenance depot site. RTS were asked to act as principal designer for the project.

​

Our dedicated design team undertook feasibility studies to support the design phase and continued to progress the design through to GRIP 4 AiP. Throughout the design phase, RTS engaged our trusted supply to chain to complete all required surveys including:

•Ecology Surveys

•Acoustic services

•Geophys (underground mapping)

•CCTV surveys
